It’s been a while since I wrote. And I have so much to share. But this moment… I’m limping into fall. Anyone else feel like that? There are some folks on TikTok who give me joy, like Elyse Myers, that I wonder if we should call her the TikTok therapist. Maybe people already do. She comes up with the easiest solutions, encourages you to take it easy on yourself and practice self-compassion.
Which is why when my paperback for THE FALLING GIRLS came out today I used Elyse’s voice for my video. I needed a big ol’ Bob Marley kind of everything’s gonna be all right.
